COO

Rick brings over 28 years of operating experience including co-founding a capital markets firm where he oversaw the day-to-day operations and successfully exited via a sale to a publicly traded financial institution. In his current role, Rick serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), leveraging his extensive experience to oversee operational efficiency, strategic growth, and organizational alignment.

CFO

Ryan brings financial expertise and capital markets experience to Skillcloud. As CFO he is responsible for the financial planning, reporting and budgeting. Prior to joining Skillcloud, Ryan spent 7 years with Fort Washington Capital Partners where he invested in private businesses and private equity firms in the lower middle market. Prior to Fort Washington, Ryan was a consultant for EY. Ryan holds a BBA from the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.

Partner, Sales and Marketing

Dan has been instrumental in developing Skillcloud’s Client Services offering and has worked closely with the Founder since day one. His role at Skillcloud consists of a unique blend of Sales/Marketing, Account Management, Client Branding, and Customer Success. Since 2015, Dan has worked with hundreds of emerging companies in the U.S., Canada, and U.K.

Partner, HCM Channel and Strategic Partnerships

TJ is committed to ensuring our clients receive a best-in-class employee and customer experience. TJ brings a variety of expertise in designing, developing and deploying cloud based HCM solutions. Through his time with Fortune 500 and fast-growing disruptive organizations, his responsibilities have included sales and marketing, content and process creation, training and development, and corporate partnership management.

Vice President of Client Services

Jess brings deep expertise in payroll management, HCM systems, and implementation strategy, shaped by her experience as both a Implementation Consultant, Strategy Manager and Payroll Director. Her ability to streamline operations, introduce scalable systems, and enhance employee and client experience positions her as a strategic leader in client services. As Vice President of Client Services, she leads a multidisciplinary team of consultants across implementation, HR, payroll, and talent acquisition— ensuring client-specific needs are met through tailored service delivery, while empowering consultants with the tools and support necessary to consistently exceed expectations

Director, Human Resources

Dan the HR Man has a passion for all things HR and HCM technology.  He previously spent time with a national retailer as well as implemented various HCM technology platforms during his role as Corporate HR Director. At Skillcloud, Dan is our Director of HR and supports select clients with their HR and HCM technology needs.

Director, Talent Support Services

Brendan has been instrumental in building out Skillcloud‘s capabilities in the Talent Acquisition Solutions division and currently serves as its Director. Since 2016, Brendan has successfully led 100’s of retained search projects for Skillcloud clients spanning a multitude of industries.

Director, Managed Payroll Services

Hayley has over 15 years of industry and HCM software experience with a passion for Client Service that brought her to the Skillcloud team. Her background supporting both large and small clients in a number of roles including Client Service, Project Management and Implementation make her uniquely qualified to lead our Managed Payroll team and quickly determine client needs. Hayley works closely with our team of payroll professionals to provide long term, temporary and project related Payroll support to our clients.

Director, HCM Technology Solutions

Since 2017, Clarissa has been leading implementation projects and brings over 5 years of experience in the HCM industry. She oversees Skillcloud’s implementation team, delivering successful implementation and optimization projects. Driven by a passion for helping people, Clarissa partners with organizations and HRIS providers to manage projects, ensure smooth data migration, and improve efficiency through a client-focused approach, while also contributing to internal initiatives focused on automation and strategic process improvement.
